their 2 day trip to the Limousin region of France to view their latest business
investment – Chateau de la Cazine.

With so many of our clients investing into this stunning
development (including ourselves) – we wanted you  to get a first- hand update!

We were very privileged to stay in the main Chateau itself so
we could really have the full consumer experience. It was absolutely awe
inspiring to wander around the sympathetically renovated state rooms, meander
down the majestic marble staircases and be accommodated in the magnificent Chateau
Suites. The new appointed chef cooked some amazing and mouth- watering food food.

The French weather was glorious and this meant that we were
able to walk the beautiful grounds and the character filled village development
which will form Phase 2. This is almost sold out alrea

Work on Phase 2 commences later this year to convert these
beautiful historic buildings into luxury 5 star apartments.

The 16^th century Petit Chateau  will be
converted and extended to provide a world class spa facility including ‘infinity’
swimming pool.  This will, no doubt,
provide the centrepiece of this stunning resort.

The final phase of the Chateau de la Cazine development will
be the construction of brand new 2 bedroom apartments. Details of these will be
released in April or May.

Rental income has increased for the third consecutive quarter, according to recent research from the specialist buy-to-let lender Paragon Mortgages as more than a third of Landlords (34%) they surveyed have increased rent levels across their property portfolio in quarter three, compared to 29% in quarter two.  This shows a third of Landlords are benefiting from increased rental income without making their properties unaffordable for tennants – good news for ‘buying to let.’
